Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Website Rental Affiliate Program! By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of your responsibilities and rights.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Participation in the Website Rental Affiliate Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. You will be provided with a unique affiliate link upon approval of your application.
2.2. Affiliates are responsible for promoting their unique link through legal, ethical, and non-deceptive methods, such as social media, email, or other online channels.
2.3. You must not use your affiliate link for spam, unauthorized advertising, or misleading promotions.
3. Commission Structure
3.1. Affiliates earn a once-off commission starting from R500 for every successful referral who:
- Signs up using your unique affiliate link.
- Completes the online payment for the configuration fee and the first monthly payment.
3.2. Commissions are not recurring and are paid only for the first successful payment made by the referred client.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Commissions will be paid out within 30 days of a successful referral to ensure payment verification.
4.2. Payments are made via EFT to the bank account provided by the affiliate.
4.3. No minimum balance is required to receive payouts.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. Affiliates must not:
- Engage in fraudulent activities to generate referrals.
- Use pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns that bid on the Website Rental brand name or variations of it.
- Misrepresent Website Rental or the affiliate program in any way.
5.2. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
6. Program Changes and Termination
6.1. Website Rental reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with no prior notice to affiliates.
6.2. If the program is terminated, commissions for eligible referrals made prior to the termination date will still be honored.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Website Rental will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of your participation in the affiliate program.
7.2. Website Rental is not responsible for any tracking errors or technical issues that may affect affiliate commissions.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
