You must not use your hosting account for file storage or backup purposes unrelated to your website.
7. Backups
While we perform regular server backups, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.
Website Rental will not be held liable for any data loss or corruption.
8. Security and Liability
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect our servers and data.
You are responsible for securing your website, including updating scripts, plugins, and themes if your site is not designed by us.
Website Rental is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from security breaches, hacking, or other malicious activities.
9. Service Modifications and Termination
Website Rental reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with or without notice.
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
Upon termination, your access to the hosting services will cease, and any remaining data may be deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
Website Rental is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our hosting services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for hosting services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
